So now on to the game its self first impressions are amazing, its only a beta so bugs are understandable but from the beta’s that I have played this is the least buggiest.

The controls are intuitive so you can just pick up the controller and play. The voice of Stephen fry is perfect for this game making the tutorials easy to understand. Online game play at the moment is a little laggy but for a beta it isn’t bad the lag does start to pick up a bit when there’s four people in a pod each trying to stick donkey tails on each other :).

Sack boy or Sack girl customization is very easy to do and when the game is released there will be thousands of possible combinations of sack boys or girls to use so it will be very unlikely that you will ever find somebody exactly like you. The online planet where you browse other peoples levels is very easy to use and for this early into the beta there are some very good levels coming out with very unique ideas. The creation side of the beta is a bit limited because the online create functionality has been disabled for reasons unknown but the tools provided allow you to make anything that you can think of, for example a video posted a few days ago on the media molecule website was amazing somebody had built a working Tetris machine :D.

Ok time to wrap this hands on review up, in short this game is a must buy for all ps3 users even if you don’t think you would like the game just give it a try and you will be surprised at how fun the game is.
